Can our spirits travel and/or communicate while we sleep?

This is a controversial question that a friend and I wanted to put to the old scientific test.  She went to sleep about four hours away from my location, and I started recording a spirit box session.  Just when I thought results were inconclusive, she spoke in response to another spirit.  It was her voice!  This video is one part of our sleep study series.  It is studies like this that truly amaze me.  Visit us to view similar videos.
